These are single or two-storey living units that thanks to certain devices can be turned into multi-storey units. Their destination may vary considerably, for example: living units, offices, services, hotels, commercial, etc... They are extremely light, semi-prefabricated single elements that are easy to transport, statically and dynamically ductile, hyper-resistant and easy to assemble and disassemble. The outer finish (walls and roofing) is extremely functional, offers sound and thermal insulation and is resistant to fire and very high temperatures, as are the electric, the plumbing and other systems. All essential parameters (temperature, energy consumption, etc...) are entirely managed from an electronic control panel.
